The brainchild behind Hip Hop 101 Music & Arts Festival are Investor/Event Presenter Derek Patterson(Champ Funds, Inc.), Executive Producer Ken Andrews (South Bay Music Awards), Arias Webster Berry (Entertainment Entertainment) and Producer/Production Manager Sid Zuber ,(Creative Marketing Agency) who’s vision is to provide a creative arena to express Hip Hop in multiple ways.
“Hip Hop 101 Music & Arts Festival is our way to acknowledge the achievements of every artist by creating a platform and embracing Hip Hop’s culture and unity through the expression of music, beats, graffiti, visual arts, performing arts and lyrics,” explained Andrews. Some include live graffiti artists, Visual Symphony with an old school Hip Hop history film and visual effects show as well as a dance competition by Millennium Dance Complex (past dancers include Britney Spears, Justin Timberlake, Janet Jackson). Winners of the competition will be given a scholarship by Hip Hop 101 Music & Arts Festival.
